Operation Steps:
1. Preparation work: Insert the plug into the power socket, turn on the power switch, and the motor will start to work.
2. Temperature setting: Turn on the heating switch, and the temperature will rise rapidly. Set the knob at the temperature position required for lamination. Preheat for about 3 minutes. When the green indicator light is on, the set temperature is reached.
3. Lamination: Insert the card to be laminated into the laminating film, and insert the sealed end into the machine. Make sure to place it within the two ridges of the card feeding plate.
4. Lamination temperature: At a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, when the thickness of the laminating film is 0.05mm, the temperature should be 110 degrees Celsius; when it is 0.07mm, the temperature should be 140 degrees Celsius; when it is 0.1mm, the temperature should be 170 degrees Celsius. Make appropriate adjustments according to the size, thickness, and material of your laminating film.
5. Attention: If the temperature is too low, the card will be blurry, and the temperature should be increased. If the temperature is too high, the laminating film will wrinkle, and the temperature should be decreased. Note: Before turning off the machine each time, adjust the heating switch to cold lamination first, let it run for 3 to 5 minutes, and then turn off the power after the machine has cooled down to prevent damage to the rubber rollers caused by excessive temperature.
